Hello Northwestside Coalition,

I have received the requested documents from departments in the Village of Skokie. However, as they make up roughly 3,000 emails, each of which need to be individually looked over for exempt information, as well as attachments that need to be reviewed for release as well, this request could be classified as unduly burdensome under Section 3(g) of FOIA (5 ILCS 140/3(g). However, if you narrow the scope of the request, particularly the final point regarding: "all emails sent to, or received from, (including To, Cc, Bcc fields) email addresses containing @skokie.org between May 1, 2022 and the date this request is processed(inclusive of those dates) that mention 'flock safety' and/or 'ALPR'", to include fewer documents, I will see what I can do. Many of the emails that mention the cameras are daily briefs, roll calls, and other daily reports.

I would like to assist in any way I can, so please let me know if you have any questions.

Best wishes,

Philip Wasserburg
