Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
1. A copy of any records generated pursuant to policy no. 8.503 ("Review of Classroom Instruction Materials"), excluding complaints resolved at the teacher/principal level, complaint on the Instructional/Library Material Re-Evaluation Form (Form 9130.01 F1) submitted on or after January 1, 2021.
2. A copy of any records generated pursuant to a formal written objection within the meaning of policy no. 8.506 ("Selection of Library Media"). This request seeks a copy of any such complaint and any records generated pursuant to policy as a result of that complaint. This request is limited to complaints submitted on or after January 1, 2021.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
